MARTY STUART'S CONGRESS OF COUNTRY MUSIC ADDS TWO CLASSIC CARS TO COLLECTION

The Congress of Country Music has recently added a couple of classic cars to its fleet, courtesy of avid Congress supporters Dave and Boots Wright of Ocala, FL.

In May 2020, the Congress debuted a jet black 1961 Cushman Truckster branded with the Congress of Country Music Logo.

In addition to the Truckster, the Congress acquired a fully restored, highly customized blue-sparkle paisley 1965 Ford Econoline pickup with mag wheels. Its paint scheme was taken from a 1968 Fender Telecaster guitar owned by Stuart. Marty and Connie Smith rode in the Econoline as they served as grand marshals in Philadelphia, Mississippi's annual Christmas parade on December 7.

Both cars were delivered to Marty's hometown of Philadelphia, MS as gifts to Marty and the Congress by the Wrights.
